The Llangwm Local History Society
As part of the renovation work at St. Jerome's Church, which will hopefully start next year, there will be a new Website starting called Heritage Llangwm. This will keep you up with research and progress as the work gets underway. The Website will also be carrying information about the work of the Local History Society, not just relating to Medieval Llangwm, but details of other research that the society is undertaking.
The Llangwm Local History Society is always looking for help. If you enjoy doing a bit of research and digging in to this village's history, please get in touch with:

The Llangwm Blog
We are looking for a new blogger for Llangwm's Blog Page, Omar, our man in Afghanistan, is now safely home. So volunteers please - about 500 words would be brilliant.
And on the subject of our previous bloggers, our first blogger, Blackbart - better known as Graham Tuson sadly passed away last month. Our condolences go out to his family.
Llangwm Gallery
We have a new contributor to the Llangwm Gallery. She is Emma Wilson and she has sent in two views of Black Tar. Click to go to Gallery page.
The idea of the Llangwm Gallery is to promote pictures taken by members of the Llangwm community. If you have any to exhibit, get in touch with the Web Master.
Llangwm Gardening Club
Gardening Club meetings are usually the first Monday of the month and at the Cottage Inn, watch out for the posters round the village.
Please keep and eye on the Clubs & Societies web page.
Llangwm's on Facebook!
That's right... Llangwm has its own facebook page. simply click:

All the content on Llangwm's Facebook page is public. It's well worth a visit.
Web Editor's Rant
Help this village enter the 21st Century... Email the Webmaster with information of your upcoming events or call Pam Hunt on 01437 899966 and the event will be promoted on the site. Remember that this site gets around 150 hits a week!
Finally, I've been doing the Llangwm Website for the last four years and I am looking for someone to take over as I am going to have a very busy year ahead of me and I fear that updating this one will be a very low priority for me. So if you'd like to take over, please contact me on the Webmaster email.
